Description
Houlton's Trotting Park was built in 1914. The track was a half-mile long.
The judges' stand is on the right. An area in front of the grandstand was made for the Houlton Town Band to play between the races.
In the late 1950s, a boxing ring was be set up in the grandstand for nights of boxing matches. The grandstand burned in 1958.
