Description
The Littleton Store, the source of supplies and information about the outside world for the region's farmers, was built in 1895 by Leroy Hall and sold to Howard E. Tingley in 1911.
Tingley sold the store to L.P. Berry in 1912. Berry sold the store to Oscar Crane in 1918.
The right hand entrance was to the Post Office which was run in conjunction with the store until the inception of Rural Free Delivery service in the region in the early 1900s.
