Description
Manuscript map #69-2 of an area of North Yarmouth with houses. Commissioned by the Pejepscot Purchase Company.
The map number probably was added later by John McKeen, Clerk of the Company. Names mentioned on map include Coffin, Joshua Mitchell, Moses Merrill, Jon Griffin, and Benj. Rackley.
Most of the lands depicted in this map are located in what is now Freeport. The roads depicted in this map are what is now known as South Street, Route 136 (Durham Road) and Route 1 in Freeport.
