Description
On the back of the photo, someone wrote, "Capt. Coburn of Middle Dam ran this boat from Upper Dam to Bemis. Had to have a crew of 3. Lost $1000 in the one season he ran it."
E.R. Starbird Photos of Brunswick took the picture as part of a series of Maine outdoors photos that the company sold.
