Description
Grace Hall Stratton ran a kindergarten in Caribou in 1898.
She later lived for many years in Boston where she did fine needle work and restoration of valuable tapestries at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.
This photograph was taken in December, 1902. Stratton probably did the embroidery on the bodice and sleeves of this dress.
