The Maine Publicity Bureau car shown in 1922. The Maine Publicity Bureau was formed in 1922 in order to promote business in Maine and to provide information to out-of-state travelers interested in visiting Maine.
The Maine Publicity Bureau's name was changed in 1999 to the Maine Tourism Association.
