Description
Walter Mansur with a three-week-old caribou.
In 1882 Walter Mansur was President of the First National Bank of Houlton, President of the Houlton Water Company and Chief Engineer of the Houlton Fire Department. In 1892 he was the first President of the Houlton Fish and Game Association.
This photograph was taken by (Edward) E. B. White, a Houlton merchant, skilled amateur photographer and founding member of the Houlton Fish and Game Association.
