Unbound manuscripts of Anthony Barclay's Report, Part II (Regarding a constant rule for determining the boundary) and Part III (the British interpretation of the phrase “the middle of the river”), to carry into effect the 6th and 7th Articles of the Treaty of Ghent. These items are part of a larger archive, the Thomas Barclay collection (Coll. 26), related to the drawing of the Northeast boundary between British Canada and the United States.
