Description
This pocketbook was found with Sarah Ware in 1898.
Ware was murdered in Bucksport in 1898. Her body was found several days after she was reported missing.
No one was ever convicted of her murder. Her ghost is reportedly still seen in the Oak Hill and Snob Hill area of Bucksport.
