Description
This is the Last Will and Testament of Arthur Beal, a fisherman from York. He left his entire estate to his wife, Ann, with the exception of twelve acres given to his son Edward. This land was given with the understanding that Ann would still have the use of the orchard for as long as she lived.
On the reverse of the document is the probate acknowledgement from the County of York.
