Description
Baggage handlers in San Francisco, calling themselves "baggage smashers," sent this stereoscopic postcard to Henry Thurston Clark of Bangor who had shipped a valise cross country. They write a verse about the luggage being delayed in Omaha. The card shows the railroad ferry "El Capitan."
