Description
These passenger cars were converted to outfit cars to house outfit crews that supplied needed extra crews for maintenance of the system during the spring, summer and fall when crews would be gone from home for a week or more. Seen in this picture are (left to right) Eddie Burton, Chic Estabrook, (unidentified), John Swallow and Ernie Sanders.
