Description

Used by a cooper to cut shallow grooves at the end of a barrell. Found in southern New Hampshire but similar to those used by Maine coopers.
Size: 15 1/2" long, 7 1/4" wide including handle and adjustable screws.
Signed "A. Heald and Sons, Milford, NH."
