Description
A cantilevered bridge for the Maine Central Railroad crossed over Portland Street, now Park Avenue, in Portland.
William S. Edwards included this in an album he compiled in 1887 that included photographs of city projects. Edwards titled this image "M.C.R.R. Bridge. Portland St. July 9, 1887."
