Description
Portland Evening Express reporters photographed Boy Scouts from Troops 12, 14, and 15 in a four photograph featurette titled "PORTLAND BOY SCOUTS AID SANTA'S CHRISTMAS WORK," which depicted several children working on dolls and various other toys for the organization's charitable endeavors. In this image, staff photographers captured Ramon Howe of Troop 12 penciling in eyebrows on a table full of dolls.
