Description
Politician and diplomat William Widgery Thomas Jr. captured a photograph of the Baxter Building, Casco Theater, and a trolley car on Congress Street circa 1915.
Thomas took many photographs of the landmarks and buildings in his hometown, including views of Portland's west end, City Hall, local events, and family photos.
