Description
Three crew members stand aboard the Sunbeam II: one on the deck, one in the wheelhouse, and Reverend Orville Guptill in the doorway of the salon. Reverend Guptill served as Superintendent and minister aboard the Sunbeam II from 1925 to 1938. In service from 1926 to 1939, the Sunbeam II exemplified the Mission's commitment to Maine’s coastal communities.
