Description

In 1900 or 1901, John Brooks "Jack" Howard (1875-1971) photographed Philip J. Teele (1872-1944) sitting inside a large canvas tent at a campsite, with clothing and a cornet hanging from the tent ceiling and a game bird hanging outside. The photograph was likely taken at Clifford Lake during a hunting and fishing trip to Washington County.
