Cottage in Seal Harbor, which belonged to Abby O’Neill, granddaughter of John D. and Abby Aldrich Rockefeller. The original buildings on the site were built by Wallace K. Harrison, architect, whom Patrick knew. Harrison helped shape the Rockefeller Center.
