Description
Architecture commission for Westbrook Junior College at Stevens Avenue in Portland, ME, 1914–1934. The commission is associated with John Calvin Stevens and John Howard Stevens Architects. This item is part of the Stevens Architects drawings and records collection.
The Westbrook Seminary was established in Portland, Me., in 1831. In 1933 the name was changed to Westbrook Junior College, and in 1970, to Westbrook College. It is currently the University of New England, Westbrook College Campus.
