Description

A river or stream runs by a rockfill dam, where the remains of a mill can be seen in the spillway. A split rail fence stands on the hill above the river.

John Brooks "Jack" Howard (1875-1971) captured this photograph during a hunting and fishing trip to Washington County in 1900 or 1901.
