Description
Portland Evening Express photographers captured five young girls holding hands and dancing in ruffled costumes for a school play, The Legend of the Beautiful Cloth, performed at St. Patrick's Church in Portland on February 11, 1925.
A Portland Evening Express and Advertiser article dated February 10, 1925, identified them (left to right) as Elizabeth Lynch, Snow White; Rosemary Goan, Forget-Me-Not; Eleanor Colvin, Blossom Fair; Catherine O'Donnell, Bluebell; and Agnes Wallace, Rose Red.
