Description
The Portland Sunday Telegram and Sunday Press Herald published this image on August 8, 1926, showing Sergeant Timothy O’Donovan posing with a pipe. The article featured the newly established Catholic boys’ Camp Gregory in Gray and described O’Donovan as the “major domo of the entire works.”
Timothy O’Donovan, born on March 31, 1882, in County Cork, Ireland, served as a Master Sergeant in the United States Army.
