Description
Moses Greenleaf writes to his family about the waning days of the Civil War and rumors that he and others will soon be mustered out of the Army. He writes that he is "sicker & sicker all the time" and that his regiment is "about played out."
Greenleaf, a native of Maine, served in Co. I of the 9th Minnesota Infantry Regiment.
