Description
Growers Supply Co., Inc. Tater-State 100 pound burlap seed potato bag.
Seed potatoes are potatoes grown under careful conditions to minimize diseases to produce healthy clones of parent plants. Batches of potatoes that were found to have too much evidence of disease were still suitable for eating and were sold as table stock. Shipped whole, seed potatoes are cut up so that each piece has at least one "eye" in it.
