Description
This view was taken from the clock tower that once stood on top of the Sanford Town Hall. Fred Philpot was facing east towards the mill complex. In the foreground can be seen the house that once stood in what is now the park in central square. The four story building in the center is the Leavitt Block on the corner of School and Washington Street.
