Description
This photo of the Sanford Trust Company building, was taken shortly after its completion in 1918. The sign on the ground floor reads, "This store will be occupied on or about December 1st by "The Paris". The store was later occupied by Thayer- Diggery Company. The building to the left was a grocery store when this photo was taken. Note the granite watering trough in the foreground.
