Description
Howard K. Dearborn, inventor, entrepreneur, philanthropist and engineer, began his career as inventor in Ohio.
This camera stabilizer allowed the photographer to move about and shoot very stable camera footage. Dearborn is standing on the right in the late 1950s at the Indianapolis 500 racetrack.
Dearborn relocated to Fryeburg and continued inventing equipment for the nuclear and aircraft industries.
