Description
William D. Buzzell built the Exchange Hotel, and ran it until his death, at which time management of the hotel passed to his son Wellman Buzzell.
With Wellman's unexpected death, ownership passed to his brother, Olin Buzzell who went into partnership with Dick Earl. Later, Olin Buzzell and Dick Earl leased the hotel to Walter White, who operated the hotel until it burned in 1942.
