Description
First Lieutenant Grace Manning, commanding officer of the WAC detatchment at Dow Field, gets a manicure from Pfc. Marian Barden in the WAC beauty shop, while Mrs. James A. Cook, manager of the shop, looks on. Manicures at the salon were a reasonably priced fifty cents.
