Description
The Centennial celebration of Baldwin's incorporation was held on June 24, 1902. The celebration was launched upon the arrival of the morning train down at the station with a military parade led by Gen. Charles P. Mattocks. This photograph shows part of the parade with children sitting in the wagon.
