Description
American Legion, Chester L. Bridges Post, # 47, Maine Champion Drum and Bugle corps posed in front of the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks (BPOE) building on Main Street in Houlton.
Houlton Legionnaires and all that were in attendance went wild with cheers when the Chester L. Briggs post on, June 23rd 1932, was judged as best in State and awarded a beautiful trophy.
