Description
Allen Winslow of Auburn, assistant treasurer at the Barker Mill, wrote to his brother, Burton H. Winslow of Saco, clerk at the Pepperell Manufacturing Co. in Biddeford, responding favorably to his brother's inquiry about a potential employee.
He also comments on a fire that damaged the business of their brother-in-law, Henry Skinner.
