Description
Sylvia J. Black, secretary of the East Blue Hill Grange #252 in Surry, wrote to Clyde Berry, master of the Maine State Grange, with further information to support the group's request to transfer the Grange building to the East Blue Hill Village Improvement Society.
The Grange members had earlier noted they could not afford to maintain the building, but sought to continue using it after its transfer.
