Description
John Arthur Stowell (1894-1918) of Freeport, Maine enlisted in the American Expeditionary Forces, ca. 1917 and was sent to France in 1918, where he was killed in action, June 16, 1918. He was a Musician 3rd class in the 103rd Infantry.
