Description
An embroidered fire screen from the John and Sarah Fox Brown "Gothic" house at 86 Spring St., Portland. The image also shows the original wallpaper in the house.
The house was built in 1845 from designs by Henry Rowe of Portland. In 1971, it was moved to 387 Spring St.
