Description
This is the Sanford Trust Company just before it's completion in 1917. The sign on the ground floor reads, "This store will be occupied on or about December 1st by The Paris." Note the confluence of transportation modes on Washington Street; a trolley car, horse and buggy, and motor vehicles. Fred Philpot's studio can be seen to the right of the Trust Company.
