Description
Loammi Baldwin (1744-1807) of Woburn, Massachusetts, wrote to Josiah Pierce (1756-1830) of Flintstown (Baldwin), his business partner, about possibly ending their partnership.
Baldwin, for whom the town was later named, was an early proprietor.
He also refers to family matters, including his desire to have his son stay in Flintstown.
