Description
Loammi Baldwin of Woburn, Massachusetts, wrote to Josiah Pierce of Flintstown (Baldwin), about ending their partnership. Both were Flintstown proprietors and Pierce lived in Flintstown, farmed some land, and saw to the partners' sawmill and other interests.
Baldwin had posed a similar question to Pierce in November 1796.
