Description
Forrest Goodwin, an 1887 graduate of Colby College and 1890 graduate of Boston University Law School, served as Parliamentary Clerk to the Speaker of the U.S. House, Maine's Thomas B. "Cazr" Reed.
He practiced law in Skowhegan, served one term in the Maine House from 1888 to 1889, and two terms in the Maine State Senate from 1903 to 1906. In his last term he was elected president of that body.
