Description
Frank H. Holley, a druggist from North Anson, served in the Maine House of Representatives in 1917, 1919 and 1921 when he was speaker of that body.
Elected to the Maine State Senate in 1925, he was president in his second term which began in 1927.
Born in 1881, he was educated in the public schools of Farmington and Bath before moving to North Anson to practice his profession. He also served as Town Clerk of that community for ten years.
