Description
This handsome home was built by Fred S. Sherburne who moved here with his wife Maude when it was completed in 1912. Sherburne had formerly lived on High Street in a house (see other Sanford Historical Committee photos). Mr. Sherburne was a builder and lumber dealer. Bernard and Yvonne Normand owned the home after the Sherburne family sold it.
