Description
Hilltop was the home of Lillian Stevens, president of the Maine Woman's Christian Temperance Union (W.C.T.U.) in 1878.
She served as president of the National W.C.T.U. from 1898 to 1914 and later became vice president at-large of the World W.C.T.U.
