Description
A 28-page pamphlet, plus a map, describes Halidon, "A Village Without a Landlord."
The proposed community, six miles west of Portland, was to be an attempt to eradicate the "evils" caused by private land ownership.
The prospectus for the Utopian community includes a constitution, deed of trust, and sample lease.
