Description
Six Biddeford Pool United States Life-Saving Service men practice rescue at the beach. Men attend the rope spools on the cart and further back as well. A life preserver can be seen on the ground to the right of the cart. The United States Life-Saving Service was absorbed by the U. S. Coast Guard in 1915.
