Description
This is the home of Ellen Moore and Charles Smith located in Skowhegan Maine on Norridgewock Avenue. Charles Smith was a Civil War Veteran. Ellen Moore Smith was his second wife. She was the daughter of John and Lydia Avery Moore. These pictures were donated by Elsie Bingham Nutt, their niece. Her mother, Mary Ann Moore Bingham was a sister of Ellen Moore Smith. Elsie Bingham Nutt, born March 8, 1898, married Clarence Arthur Nutt, born June 15, 1894, in Waterville, Maine, July 3, 1916. Clarence Arthur, descended from the Nutt family of Rockport, Maine.
