Description
The spring house for Boothbay Medicinal in East Boothbay in about 1900.
In 1900, Henry B. McGunnigle operated the medicinal water business. it was later operated by Race & Co., which advertised that it had a unique combination of minerals "warranted to do more to relieve or cure kidney complaints than any other mineral water or patent medicine in the United States, either foreign or domestic."
