This picture depicts the young male actors of a pageant of Eastport history in costume. This pageant was put on by Quoddy boys at Eastport and Quoddy Village, residences for participants in the National Youth Administration.
The National Youth Administration was part of the Works Progress Administration. This photograph was taken July 5, 1937.
