Description
Members of the Passamaquoddy Tribe and the Penobscot Tribe posed at Deering Oaks Park in Portland in 1920.
The Tribes set up an encampment at the park as part of Maine's celebration of its centennial of statehood.
This photograph was on page nine of the Thursday, July 1, 1920 issue of the Portland Evening Express.
