The Maine State Sanatorium at Greenwood Mountain in Hebron, a privately operated hospital to treat tuberculosis, prided itself on modern facilities.
Pictured are the throat room, sterilizing room and electrical room. The images are from a brochure the hospital produced to raise money and gain support.
